Most of all it has been very good to know many of you are all doing well with family and past and on going employment. I am truely sorry that I was unable to attend the 50th reunion. I did see a couple of old class people I could still tell who they were even 50 years later. It is sad to see and read the names of those who have passed, but I still hold the past memories of those also. My wife and I have been blessed through out our lives to have found one another and to have a great family of cloose and personal friends out here in California. It is real odd as to our finding one another that we both moved to California in June of 1957. She is from Washington state, up in the Seattle area. We have really been quite active with our Corvette family of friends and now that retirement has set in we find ourselves doing so many drives with other Vetters to some really nice places. ! In Sept of 2009 we will do a long run back thru KC and down to Bowling Green the home of Corvettes and a museum 15th year celebration thing. We will be with about 25,000 other Corvettes plus two other couples who we are in daily contact with. I am still very active in land development with my partners at Don Pedro Lake here in our area. We are in the process of sub dividing 900 acers of land and most of it is water front property. I have many meetings to go to and I never had any idea what it was like dealing with state and county planning commisins.It is some what time consuming but it is a better to be busy then just sitting. If I were to have tried to do all that I am doing now while I was working, I would have needed a 36 hour day.
